It is the brain’s job to protect the body.

I am captivated by the interconnectedness of human physiology, how trauma causes the brain to disorganize neural circuits, and how epigenetics influence our biochemical response to stimuli.

This series serves to educate and empower healing the body and mind with nutrients rather than drugs.

Through transforming my own experiences and research into visual storytelling, I aim to connect and communicate strength, hope and optimism, while showing us how fallibly human we are.
